The Primal tree is the Druidβs path of raw instinct, transformation, and physical ferocity. Instead of channeling elemental magic, Primal Druids tap into the wild essence of nature β taking the forms of beasts and fighting with their claws, teeth, and primal rage.
This tree offers a hybrid of tankiness and melee DPS, depending on your form. You can switch between the Bear Form for durability or the Cat Form for speed and damage. Since the druid inherently gains a very low amount of hit points per level and are forced to play a melee role in the Primal tree, they get higher talent bonuses than most other trees.
Primal Druids mainly use 2-handed clubs as their choice of weapon, as their club fighting skill is increased at a much higher rate than usual.
